We offer shipping on all apparel products and in-store pickup for vehicle accessories and parts.

In-Store Pickup

All vehicle accessories and off-road parts are in-store pickup ONLY at Gary’s Off Road.

This allows:

• Proper inspection of your parts
  
• Avoidance of freight damage
  
• Optional professional installation at pickup
  

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Most in-stock items ship within 3–7 business days after payment.

Special-order or custom items may require additional time. Estimated timelines will be provided after purchase.

Shipping Damage

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact Gary’s Off Road within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist with a claim or resolution.
